  Health Awareness Day on the 26th September 2010, at Barking Learning Centre.

  due to instructor unavailability. Classes on Mondays as normal.

  The FIT2FITE brand was recently launched at the SENI Martial Arts Show on the
  29th and 30th May 2010. The FIT2FITE demonstration team put on an impressive
  display of the FIT2FITE FOUR STEP FORMAT. Audience participation was keen
  and enthusiastic and provided an opportunity for showing how accessible and
  user friendly the FIT2FITE system is.

  Spread the word and learn "Fighting Moves to Funky Grooves".
