The FIT2FITE™ Demonstration Team after their crowd-stopping demonstration at the B Fit, Health and Fitness Expo will be performing again at the Vitality show, Earls Court, London at 4pm, Friday 23 March 2012 and 12pm, 25th March 2012. Come along and join in.
Next FIT2FITE™ Instructor Course - March 2012
The next FIT2FITE™ Instructor course is scheduled for Sunday 18th March 2012 at the brand new, all singing and dancing Becontree Heath Leisure Centre, Dagenham, Essex, RM10 7FH. More courses across the country are being arranged. Keep your eye on this website.
FIT2FITE™ Feature in the Metro
The METRO free newpaper are to be running a feature on FIT2FITE™. The article should go to press in the week beginning 20th February. This is a great opportunity to spread the word so tell everyone about it and keep your eyes peeled.

This enables them to train for free at FIT2FITE™, Barking for two years. Congratulations on your fantastic achievements and long may they continue.

If you want FIT2FITE™ at your gym or training venue email info@fit2fite.com and you will be sent a FIT2FITE™ DVD for presentation to their Health and Fitness Manager. They can then contact FIT2FITE™ for information on how they can get with the programme.
News round-up - 3rd December 2011
Midlands FIT2FITE™ course last weekend, 26th November, a great success. 11 new instructors certified at the end of a fun filled learning experience. Nottingham Council will now be running classes in their leisure centres in the new year alongside classes in Ilkeston, Mansfield and Norfolk. Thanks to Jo Dexter Leisure Services Manager, Nottingham Council for leading the charge. More courses are scheduled in the forthcoming months in the South East, Midlands, Wales and the North West. Keep your eye out for dates.
Also great to have Fitness Industry Glitterati Beko Kaygee on board as a certified FIT2FITE™ Instructor. Beko is one of the leading lights of Health, Fitness and Martial Arts and will be championing FIT2FITE™ in South London!!!.
On the subject of profiles just received a Tweet from former World Boxing Champion Colin Mcmillan. He joins Colin Jackson on our celebrity list of followers. Great news!

Last but not least. The F2F Festive Frenzy happens on Saturday 17th December at Barking Abbey Dance Studio, 9.15 to 10.45am. featuring a live bongo player jamming alongside the funky christmas grooves. The theme is red and white, Santa hats, bells and whistles are not compulsory. Click here for a flyer.
Tickets are £6.50 and places are limited. Only payment in advance with a confirmation email secures a place. £7 on the door if places available. No exceptions. Book early it will be a fantastic class. Don't miss out.
